Cool mass and volume

This week in math we did mass and volume. Our first activity was matching each word to its definition it was pretty fun and easy, our next activity was filling in each blank with the measurement. The things we measured were an eyedropper, water bottle, pineapple, paper clip. It was fun and enjoyable what are you doing for maths?

Amazing novel study

This week in literacy we had to do a novel about the book called Fing. It was made by David Walliams and illustrated by Tony Ross, the main character was Myrtle she was a greedy unhealthy person. On her 10th Brithday, she wanted a Fing not knowing that the Fing was the rarest beast in the deepest, darkest junglist, jungle. The Fing is a full-covered sphere. The size of the beast varies wildly. One moment it's a small marble, the next as large as a hot air balloon. The book Fing was such a cool and interesting book have you read one of David Walliams's books?

Amazing 2D 3D shapes
